Support for our installations.

With all technical installations regular maintenance is necesary. All of the products we supply will come with a 12 month or more manufacturers warranty. This is usually a back to base warranty whereby the consumer or the system integrator has to arrange to return the device to the manufacturer for repair.

Obviously a fixed system installation cannot be returned to base, and in some cases the whole system could become unusable due to one piece of equipment having being sent away for repair.  Therefore we can provide a service support package.

Our cover can provide first line telephone support, on-going regular maintenance, servicing and cover or temporary replacement units to cover for breakdown or repairs and can include updates to the control system programming.

The cost of this cover is tailored to your support requirements and is dependent on the size of the system and the components within it, please ask us for a quotation.
