Richard was very prompt in sending out the mount I ordered and it arrived quickly. Customer service is top notch. Would recommend and buy from Richard and UK Home Cinemas again.
Lubna MajeedonRichard and his excellent team created an absolutely amazing cinema room for us, beyond our expectations and within our budget. They were polite, tidy and worked diligently. Can't recommend them highly enough. If you're considering making a cinema room, this company is the best, so professional and a pleasure to deal with. We've had our cinema room for a couple of years now, and we absolutely love it, as do friends and family.
Osama SamaanonRichard’s expertise and consultative approach, makes him a real pleasure to work with. The project turned our double garage into a home cinema room run via Control 4. The garage itself posed a number of constraints (location of the consumer unit, water cylinder, heating controls, etc), which Richard worked through to provide us with a number of options. Their approach encompassed collaboratively working with the building contractor, carpet provider, and cinema seating provider. UK Home Cinemas fitted us the perfect home cinema, and the end result exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend them Richard and the team highly enough.
Imtiyaz PatelonRichard provided excellent advice regarding a specialized low-profile Sony projector bracket. My order arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Later, I decided to change my projector and no longer required the bracket. Without hesitation, Richard arranged the return and issued a full refund. I also reached out to him for guidance on speaker placement, and he kindly shared some very helpful information via email. His service has been outstanding, and his willingness to offer professional advice free of charge reflects a truly commendable attitude.
Eric HeymannonOne gets the most trustworthy customer support here, that I have experienced in home theater business. Slim bracket for VPL-HW45 – works with lens shift.
The Sony VPL-HW45 projector has an optical lens shift feature. This makes it possible to position the projector significantly higher (or lower) than the top of the screen, without causing any distortion to the shape of the projected image. When used with our low profile bracket for VPL-HW45 the projector will be perfectly horizontal and there is no need to use the projector’s keystone correction to get perfect image geometry. The VPL-HW45 ‘s lens shift control allows the image to be moved up or down so that it can be aligned perfectly with the position of the screen.
To put it another way there is no reason to have the bracket for VPL-HW45 hanging down from the ceiling. Instead it can be positioned directly on the ceiling on our ultra low profile projector bracket for VPL-HW45.
Bracket for VPL-HW45 – bundled with the projector.
At UK Home Cinemas we find that for the majority of our home cinema installation projects, an ultra low profile projector bracket is absolutely ideal. We developed what we think is the ideal bracket for VPL-HW45 and it also fits other Sony home cinema projectors. Our bracket for VPL-HW45 places the projector almost directly below the ceiling and allows the installer to make fine adjustments to correct for ceilings which are not perfectly level.
In addition to the bracket for VPL-HW45 We also stock ultra low profile projector brackets to fit each of the other projector brands which we sell.
