With all technical installations regular service and technical support is necesary. All of the products we supply will come with a 12 month or more manufacturers warranty. We can also provide a service and technical support package. Our cover can provide first line telephone support, on-going regular maintenance, servicing and cover or temporary replacement units to cover for breakdown or repairs and can include updates to the control system programming. The cost of this cover is tailored to your service and technical support requirements and is dependent on the size of the system and the components within it, please ask us for a quotation.
Service and Technical Support for Existing Home Cinemas, Home Audio Visual and Control systems.
We can visit your home to provide technical assistance to solve issues with your existing Home cinema or AV system. We usually charge £100+VAT for a half day. Our experienced engineers will aim to get your home cinema or AV system working to your satisfaction and will be at your disposal to work on any number of issues, so if you are paying for a half day and the main issue has been resolved quickly, you can make full use of the remaining time to get any other issues resolved.
Service And Technical Support for Multi-Room TV, Hi-fi Music and Audio systems
We can visit your home to provide technical assistance to solve issues with your existing Hi-fi or multi room music system. We usually charge £100+VAT for a half day. Our experienced engineers will aim to get your Hifi or multi-room audio system working to your satisfaction and will be at your disposal to work on any number of issues, so if you are paying for a half day and the main issue has been resolved quickly, you can make full use of the remaining time to get any other issues resolved.
